About Midway Red
Midway Red is a 110-year-old duplex. Its walls contain the long timbers often used to build homes in the early 1900s. Evidence points to Midway's use as a duplex in the late 1940s. It was moved to its current location in the late 1950s.
I bought Midway in 2017 and have leased the lower unit for most of the last eight years. During that time, Midway has undergone extensive renovations: a new roof; updated plumbing, wiring, and heating; and improvements to the driveway and garage.
Midway Red is run by a company of one. The owner is the property manager, and the property manager shovels snow from the walks and cuts the grass.
In other words, Midway Red is not managed by a huge property management company. If you live here, you'll get the full attention of the entire staff of Midway Red. That has its advantages.
